    Nope it still sucks the only difference it made is so you transform into a weaker version of yourself alot faster.

    The werewolf needs HP restore, Damage reduction, and armor reduction abilities plus a toggled transformation similar to the Vampire Lord in Dawnguard in order to be viable and fun.

    What did it decrease the ult cost to? I have berserk werewolf, so I can't check myself.
