Help ZOS Help Us - Maryland (US) Classifides

Yes most of us have encountered a bug in some form during our time on TESO and a fair few people incl myself have been left unable to play since the Craglorne update due to the known memory leak issue, which imo is a more serious bug than trivial gripes about shield-bash nerfing as an example. My point is, other than venting in the forums, what can we do from our end to help get things on track?

I came across these ZOS vacancies for QA, programmers, testers, UI designers, web developers, software engineers, software developers and more:

http://jobs.zenimax.com/search

There's alot of vacancies...They get filled by the right people, our bugs will be fixed faster no?

Spread the word among the nerds....MARYLAND.

I would gladly do QA, testing and UI design, but unfortunately I'm not in Maryland. :(
QQing is a full time job

Testing would be awesome. I wonder if they'd consider more remote applicants or if everyone needs to have an office presence. Not for me specifically, although I'm on the other side of the world. But if they were more flexible with their work arrangements and had staff who could work from home offices in other states it might open them up to a larger workforce.

I'd love to do Q&A or Customer Support, but I'm in Australia.

QA= Quality Assurance not Q&A as in Question and Answer.......Heh I'm in Aus too Milionaires. I wonder if you approached them offering to do Cust Support from here anyway what they'd say. If you had a prepared workbook of common problem solutions you'd probably be pretty effective at cutting down some of their complaint/query traffic along with your own exp.

I actually meant Question & Answer, I'm not too sure how to explain it, but it's a job that kinda works alongside Customer Support, it's fully community based.

I've Customer Support from home, it's a long process to get started, they'd much rather if you flew over though, but the good thing about it, is we'd work day shifts during the night for them, so they save money.

It takes certain personality types to endure customer support I think. You must be pretty resilient. You're right about the hours.

I can handle almost anything, I look at it like its just words, being an active gamer I know how frustrating issues are, so in that departmental it's easy to help people. :p haha.

Sadly enough I have no references to give, the other place I worked ended up shutting down, it wasn't a AAA title place or anything and I lost contact with the owner. :/

Thank you for this, I live in California but I hope they do skype interviews, I'd be willing to move if they hired me.

I went and looked at the available employment opportunities. I didn't see the listing for CEO so I am unable to apply. I could definitely get this game back on track EZ. Its too simple. When a company uses something like Taleo.net though, that tells a lot about the company. And that's just from personal experience. Sounds like a terrible place for employment.

Same old news for most people, great job opportunities but wrong countries.
I would love to work for customer support for a game but I don't think I'll get that chance without moving country.

Trust me, that's more of a "fortunately" statement than an "unfortunately" one.

Bro they're hiring testers for console and PC...take a look...i cherry picked specific jobs to do with the tech/dev side which maybe once filled will see less bugs and more bug fixes and no memory leaks. I'm sure game testers got on the list, there's tonns more creative and administrative jobs as well.
