I actually meant Question & Answer, I'm not too sure how to explain it, but it's a job that kinda works alongside Customer Support, it's fully community based.
I've Customer Support from home, it's a long process to get started, they'd much rather if you flew over though, but the good thing about it, is we'd work day shifts during the night for them, so they save money.

It takes certain personality types to endure customer support I think. You must be pretty resilient. You're right about the hours.
