Essence Drain 2/2 Broken?
I have multiple toons. My Vr4 templar has Essence drain passive set at 2/2 & my lvl 35 NB Essence Drain 1/2. I can NEVER get the self heal on the Templar but always get it on the NB. Is it bugged for any1 else?
