Any enchanters out there find potency 10 runes?

Any enchanters know if a next level of enchants are coming out or find any higher level enchants? or break down monumental runes (vr 10) runes and find a higher potency rune?
Currently (before the craglorn patch) the highest enchanting potency rune was 9, which created vr 8-10 glyphs, which were slightly weaker than VR 10 glyphs, which we were unable to craft

Kuratla✭✭✭From what another thread said (and I need to log in to my enchanter to confirm this), enchanting has been rescaled so potency 9 runes make VR 10 - 14 gylphs now. So highly doubtful that potency 10 runes are in the game.... at least not until VR 15 comes out.V14 Templar Argonian Healer, V12 DK Orc Tank, V2 Sorcerer High Elf DPS, V1 Templar Breton DPS, V1 Nightblade Bosmer DPS, and 3 low levels.

There is no such thing as potency rune level 10 i believe.
Open your skill bar. There is another surprise which was not stated in patch notes.
Skill level of enchanting was rescaled.
Potency runes of level 9 is now used to create glyphs for vr10-14.
Those glyphs are now slighty better (for example legendary weapon damage glyph made out of potency level 9 before patch gave 12 weapon damage, now it give 13 weapon damage.) However glyphs which were made BEFORE patch remain the same quality they were before patch. Only newly crafted glyphs are stronger.
