Hi,
I am trying to get the Cadwell's Silver quest done, however I can't find the quest for the "Silvenar - Defeat the Hound and free the city" part in Malabal Tor. I think the quest is called "Restore the Silvenar" but I cant find the NPC that gives this quest. From searching around it seems the NPC should be on the road heading north out of Silvenar but I have searched all down that road and can't find him. Does anyone know where you get this quest from?
