Any enchanters out there find potency 10 runes?

Anybody know if a next level of enchants are coming out or find any higher level enchants? or break down monumental runes (vr 10) runes and find a higher potency rune?
Currently (before the craglorn patch) the highest enchanting potency rune was 9, which created vr 8-10 glyphs, which were slightly weaker than VR 10 glyphs, which we were unable to craft
