Monumental VR10-14 Glyphs

So, over two hours of play in Craglorn yesterday I found a handful of 45-50 glyphs and one "Monumental" glyph, which was the prefix for the VR9-10 glyphs prior to the patch, but apparently has since been changed to VR10-14.

Huh. Bugged, overlooked, or?

any idea how to craft monumental / deconstruct into potency runes that craft monumental (aka vr 10-14)

they altered the potency rune/glyph result spread a little. I'm going to guess VR 10-14 is p9

There is no such thing as potency rune level 10 i believe.

Open your skill bar. There is another surprise which was not stated in patch notes.

Skill level of enchanting was rescaled.

Potency runes of level 9 is now used to create glyphs for vr10-14.
Those glyphs are now slighty better (for example legendary weapon damage glyph made out of potency level 9 before patch gave 12 weapon damage, now it give 13 weapon damage.) However glyphs which were made BEFORE patch remain the same quality they were before patch. Only newly crafted glyphs are stronger.

Hmmmmm.... need to have a look at my enchanter and see what's been changed.
