V12 gear?

I saw in the patch notes they mentioned about gear but didn't say much specific about it. Will there be V12 sets? V12 pvp sets?

I am scared to use my Kuta to make V10 glyphs and they cannot go onto V12 armor... Will enchanting have more levels past 40 to my the new V12 glyphs?
