Still can't group

New patch out and I was *hoping* that issues with grouping would be fixed. Some friends & I tried several times to group up for dolmens & world bosses. Still nothing but a bunch of arrows running around in separate instances of zone (-_-) We tried everything... relogging, passing leader, teleport to group leader, etc. Are there any plans to make this MMORPG less of a solo game?
