Nightblade changes help please

I can't get on the game today but I was wandering if someone could clarify the nightblade changes, was haste finally fixed? Are the fixes noticeable?

Haste worked fine for me for everything other than the Bow before.
There was some sort of a note in the patch notes about bow animation being fixed if I recall, I presume this would mean haste now impacts bows.
