Mobs in Cyrodiil are now VR 5?

Hi all,

I'm a bit concerned that mobs in Cyro are now VR5. How is my lvl 25 NB supposed to go into Cheydinhal or Bruma and quest? There's no way a 25 bumped up to 50 can compete against VR5 mobs.

Or perhaps I'm just reading the patch notes incorrectly.

    You're now bumped up to VR5 as well.

    Really?! I have my doubts only because why would they do these changes in the first place? Or can we expect changes like this regularly as they increase the VR cap?

    • Stats that you receive through battle level bolstering in Cyrodiil and its delves have been increased

    This is from the patch notes. they dont SAY your VR5 as well but the Cyrodil boost is now more.
