Vampire Elusive Mist - Fixed?

I understand that there are many patches going in currently with 1.1.2, but is the Elusive Mist one of those? I did not see it being called out, but you never know

Currently the effects cause you to be invisible when it is activate.

Well, I do know that the "invulnerability to control effects" of Elusive Mist doesn't work.

But I assume you are not talking about the uselessness of the skill, rather the fact that the character became completely invisible for the duration. Yes, it was fixed for me, I am now a cloud, a rather unhappy one, but oh well.
