Vampires...how do they work?

So im like level 10 and i got someone to bite me. Problem is..im level 10, so the vampire quest beats the ever living crap outah me. I've heard suggestion that you can hit them with draining skills from afar and keep jumping off the stair when they come close. Well this doesn't work for me so i guess my question is this: what level do i have to be to beat the vamp quest just to become one? Also where can i power level if need be to said level?

Keep knocking them back and nuking them from afar. ( Did it at lvl 15 )

My main took until level 23 to beat the quest as a melee based Nightblade. My alt did it at 15 with a bow based Nightblade. Ten seems a bit low. Level up.

Oh and you have a week to do it, I think.

Well you have 7 days to complete the quest so just level as much as possible. Ive seen people finish the quest at lvl 18. For power leveling just find a mob that is a few levels higher than you and grind. Wear armor that gives the exploration bonus and complete as many quests as possible.

Oh, and there's no powerleveling exploits, so you'll have to level up like the rest of us. Consider this a lesson in waiting for good things.

Hey, I'm feeling generous. If you are unable to finish the quest before your timer runs out then I'll bite you (free) when you hit level 25. That should take some of the pressure off you.

Nice. The G600 is better in my opinion, but the Naga isn't horrible.

There are videos showing level 10 characters using a bow to complete the quest.

I was able to do it at level 20 or so pretty easily, except when my powers bugged out and wouldn't "hit" the mobs... but other than that, it isn't hard. Just have to control your fights.

The other option is to just get bit by a mob, which is super easy, even with some *** stopping it from happening.

Personally, I like how ZMax did it, but I wish the mobs were in their 40s, that would make being a vamp, that more special since there is soooo much fire out there. Maybe them putting out an "upgrade" to Vampire Lord in the future might be possible. *shrugs* who knows.

Well my razar naga i bought 2+ years ago and my wife was moving a sheet behind me and i guess it charged me. So i went to touch the mouse and BOOM it shocked my mouse. Completely dead. So i wrote razer and was like i love this mouse and guess what they let me send it in and also gave me the upgraded 2014 version . I also had no receipt so i gotta say for companies razer prolly one of my favorites. Great customer service.

Yeah i was using the one skill that ties them to the ground and it worked for a bit then just stopped working completely.
