Downtime gear, (street clothes for lack of a better word)
Unarmed skill line
Chat bubbles
Polearm/spear skill lines
Whip/flail skill lines
Necromancy
Cloaks (not superman style capes, but real cloaks that wrap around your char and may have hoods)

Integrating fishing into provisioning
Exploration rewards, quests, and achievements
More in-depth achievement system with more achievements in certain categories

How many times have you received mail saying your item has sold, heres the the cash... well how about saying what the bloody item was!
I want to know which item has sold instead of having to go all the way to the bank & go through my listed items to see what isn't there anymore. Really can't be that hard to add can it??

What I'm most like to see: my character (lost in a load bug).

Seriously - fixes. That's what I want to see.

Quality THEN quantity. Adding bugs on bugs is what you're asking for. IF they can prove they can sort this mess out then let's start talking flowers-in-the-hair and dresses etc. There's a lot of work to do on actually getting the game balanced and working properly.

I'm 100% with this.
Something I would like to see (and I consider this a fix, not a feature), is the ability to rephase with quests, your friends are on but you've already done. I wouldn't expect quest XP or rewards, just the ability to play along. Temporary downscaling (ie, the reverse of the temporary upscaling for Cyrodiil) would help too for playing along with friends.

The following are less mentioned and I find important

Monster/Boss Arena - solo/4man/12man/24man
PVP activated zone - Just normal zone without campaigns
Neutral zone - Some people doesn't wanna war but wants to make friends? Make it a pirate zone that is managed by pirate codes?
Class advancement - I don't wanna be called NB forever
Holidays - Towns can get boring, they need lore friendly special occasions
More cash items - I need something to spend my money on other than that horse
Voice chat - this is just stupid not to have it built in, its 2014
Bar games - Why hang out in the bar if there's no darts? Ale affects aiming
Theatre/Story Tellers - Check out this dog! But instead of a caged dog, they could tell great stories about the lore? Have it in the beggar section every town, just like bards in every bar?
Executions - Come on, I want a public display of every bot you kill
Class specific quests - How are there classes without a monastery/school?
Kick instead of current interrupt - This is way more tasteful
Land of dragons - They may be dead but where's the lair?
Crafting ranking - Based on points attributed to legendary made and research traits
Guild ranking - Based on sales turnover and forts conquered
Guild trading - Guild store taxes should go to guild fund for commodities trading with other guilds
Ladders in Cyrodiil - The battle isn't just about siege weapons
Battle trolls in Cyrodiil - mix of PVP PVE is fun
Signal fires / Loud battle horn in Cyrodiil - This is a must. I don't care if it summons extra guards whatsoever, it's a must.
Traps in Cyrodiil - I want to be able to dig a hole and put spears underneath, make it require synergy of 10 people I don't care, not to be planted in front of the door though, please don't bring up unnecessary issue with every new thing even though you have the tendency to. @ZOS.
Monsters that flee - Look, sometimes they are afraid too. Immersion is your objective, and please give me a little faith in my fear factor of VR1 facing level 3 mob, the chase is fun

This is a lot, but I have more ideas. If they can implement half of this I'm more than happy.

And my biggest gripe:
Smarter phasing / instancing! Has been said many times before, but again: being the "only one" standing in crowded lines in "long forgotten ruins/dungeons" with many other "only ones" all doing the same heroic thing is the single biggest immersion killer for me.

What I want to see is they being @ZOS concentrating really hard on getting the content they have already released to be spotless shiny and bug free, and for them to kill the bots and the cheat/exploiters. When what they have done in the game already is fixed, and those said bots/exploiters are gone [or at least massively reduced] then, and only then should they, in my opinion release new content. To be truthful I would have preferred they did this before releasing Craglorn, but it is what it is.
