Can't Upgrade to Imperial Edition

As the title say i Can't Upgrade to Imperial Edition , i ready own the game + 30 day subscription but that also not showing on the site.

When i recived my code (from kinguin.net) i just redeemd it but he didnt ask anything about credit card or subscription. Even now i can play the game without any problems. But the site also not showing my 30 days subscription.

And I have redeemed my code, AND I have tried to redeem it again, but that didn't work.
I have not certificate my billing account, how do i do that?

You need to get two more codes from kinguin.net. The first code is just for early access.

Kinguin.net is not an official retailers and this website is illegal.
You can't ask support if you don't receive all the keys by buying from illegal/unofficial retailers.
Hope you will get the key for the Main Game and the Explorer Pack before April 6th.
Ask at the support of kinguin.net (if they have one)

Lol i got the key and its working 100% and i can play the game . But not upgrade it to imperial edtion. And befort post something read my story ,

Yep just like greenman gaming send me 2 more code one for Imperial and explorers pack

All MMOs do this, you need to select a subscription period and enter a valid credit card. They need to verify your credit card so a pre-authorization will be made onto your credit card but nothing will be charged.

You will be charged automatically at the end of your free 30 days of game time. If you don't want to be charged, you need to cancel the subscription on your account page.

No you don't got the key for the main game.
On your screen you have only the preorder access.
You can play because this is the grace period who end on April 6th ...

And for cancel the subcription, just go to manage subscription ^^
