Imperial Race Tooltip - Magicka Bonuses?

So I hopped into the race menu today and noticed that the tooltip for Imperials states that they have bonuses to gold drop rates, magicka, shields, health and stamina. Where'd this magicka go?

    Good catch!

    Plus the idea that their bonus gold drop rate is down to their 'training and perseverance in battle' is just nonsensical.

    This is news to me, would make sense lore wise to have bonuses in health, magicka and stam since they're considered 'Jack of all trades' .

    Give Imperials the magicka bonus and remove red diamond passive, as this boxes in Imperials to melee roles only to benefit from it. Although I wouldn't call it a benefit for reasons already discussed by many before me regarding its 'usefulness'.

    Also, I think it would be more fitting to turn Breton alliance point boost and Imperial gold boost around. Bretons are the ones known for selling their mothers if they can gain something from it, while Imperials are the ones uniting people and leading the nation. Another reason is that I feel it's a bit unfair to lock the AP boost (Which also affects the scores and gives out emperors easier) race in one Alliance. Rather put it on the character avaliable to every alliance but behind the pay-wall.

    As much as I would love this on my imperial magblade, I have to disagree.

    Right now imperial has 12% extra health and 10% extra stamina which makes it already the go-to tanking race and an extremely powerful one for stamina builds in PvP. If you added in any extra magicka, even 3%, then it'd turn imperial into the meta race for almost any role and give ZOS even more reason to celebrate since everyone would need to pay for the imperial edition and no-one would play other races unless they wanted to absolutely min-max.

    I wouldn't mind seeing the Red Diamond passive changed to a flat Magicka bonus either. It feels like its one of the last of the subpar passives from launch that is overlooked, since the other 2 stat bonuses are great. It would solidify their place as PVE tanks as you say, and also make them the true "jack of all trades" race they are intended to be by design.

    In any case, I noticed the tooltip when I created an Imperial character recently - it's false advertising! :wink:
