Is there a Bug with the Zombie-Slime in Veterancy Content?

Zombies have that one attack where they spit slime in a cone in front of them.
I got hit for over 1.7k damage a few times now.
Content is the Ebonheart Pact Gold-Veterancy -> Aldmeri Dominion.
I dont know if there is something broken...but a onehitkill from a regular zombie feels not right o.O
