CP System "Geschick" > Rationierer, keine Berücksichtigung mehr ?

Ich habe heute festgestellt daß die Laufzeit von gegessenen Spiesen und Tränken nicht mehr von der CP Vergabe für "Rationierer" (+30 min) berücksichtigt wird. Es wirken nur noch zusätzlich die Passiven vom Versorger (+20 min) für die Laufzeit. Die Aktivierung in der CP Leiste wurde mehrfach wiederholt. Ist dass so gewollt ?
