    You're not alone - I'm having the same problem, starting screen says "Could not retrieve announcements" but I obviously have an active internet connection. It's not a problem with my firewall or antivirus as I've been logged in several times during the day.

    same problem @EU. More people in our TS with same problem. Those already logged in are fine and playing, though

    PS: client also displays "could not retrieve announcements"

    The game (EU) downloaded and installed small patch. Following that, i cannot log into the game like described above, cannot retrieve announcements, and error 201(7:4:387:1060)

    Same here, EU megaserver. Same is true for two more fellas, just as we were about to do a run through DSA before ESO Live *sniff*

    I am having the same issue with the EU server (Error 201 (7:4:387:1060).) I am able to log into the NA server fine though.

    I sent a message to the support team but, I'm reading now all of your message and I suspect that will be a really bad week-end...

    I do not regret for monthly fee but, I believe is not fair having a downtime server period included in our monthly counter time... isn't it ?

    all right, I've been maybe a bit rude, sorry for that.
    hope IT guys will fix it sooner, by the way seeing all of these messages, means that game is alive despite all rumors heard in the grapewine, so long live to ESO and let's bring up EU megaserver as soon as possible, thanks!
