Fell's Run in Rivenspire has party of Lvl 5 hackers

Not sure if call it hacking or exploiting but looks bad to me. I've hung out in the inn at Fell's Run and lost count of the number of level 5 toons that float in and float out. I'll see them just appear, then zip back and forth in the room not evening running or zip from the 1st floor to the second floor or into another room that you have to use the door for. I stopped reporting after the 5th or so toon as a new pair always shows up after I just got done reporting the first pair. This is crazy! Has anyone else seen this? Fix this please!

It's the in-training relay team from hong kong for the next Olympics, they're trying this new HGH mixture. That's why they are so fast.

But yes, I've seen them. Apparently the powers that be enjoy the revenue from those scumbags.

lol nice. I know Zenimax is working hard fixing these issues and all but I find it strange that if they have been doing it to like power quest then why are they still at level 5? Is it the tool they are using has something that they can turn off xp gain to stay at low level to be under the radar? or the main goal is to get to end game so can start farming loot to sell?

Hehe yea just witnessed them as well, though the solution would be really easy!

Just move the Bailif at the end of quest into the mill, so the bots cannot teleporthack to the hostages unnoticed. I pulled the enemies towards the hostages and the lvl 5 bots fell down like flies under their AoE attacks  Just to be sure, lets allow freeing hostages only after killing bailif.

The whole problem is that relatively well paid quest (250g approx) can be finished by low level just by walking (haxporting around) in few minutes ... there is no fight, just some running around... so few accounts (i have witnessed around 20 at same time) generates like 5k gold each 1-2 minutes .... thats around 150k - 300k gold poured into economy (and surely gold seller pocket) every hour or so...

Putting aforementioned and unavoidable fight into the quest progress would solve the whole problem.
