Problem teleporting in Cyrodiil

most of the time I try to teleport to cyrodiil or inside cyrodiil take ages. I mean the loading screen... keeps loading until I give up and re open the client. My PC is alright. I only have this problem in Cyrodiil, if it would be a pc problem, I guess I would have it in all loading screens.
