Litany of blood. Target marbruk

Hey,

I've been running around for hours now and can't find caraleth anywhere in marbruk. All the tips, routes and spawn points, that are mentioned in the Internet don't seem to work. Therfore I assume it's bugged. Is anybody else having difficulties on that one?
