Crashing with EVGA GTX 780ti SLI

I have already submitted several tickets which where all closed unsolved.
My Rig is:
2x GTX 780ti SLI
I7 4790K
MSI Gaming 7 MB
When I start ESO on settings Above Medium it crases within Minutes. The higher I put settings the sooner it crashes.
When my last ticket was closed I was told that technical support will contact me. Unfortunately that never happened. So im trying ot this way now. Please help, as playing ESO an low settings with a >2000$ PC is kind of depressing
