Kann das Spiel nicht mehr installieren [Gelöst]

Hallo...
Ich habe das Problem das ich das Spiel nicht mehr Installieren kann. Habe mir die install.exe aus meiner Account Seite geladen. Ich starte es und es fängt an den launcher zu installieren bleibt dann aber beim öffnen des launcher hängen. Es steht nur Laden im Launcher.

in der host.deverlope steht folgendes .

    Kann Dir zu Deinem Problem nicht wirklich helfen, aber bis der Support sich meldet, könntest Du einmal ein Blick in den Thread werfen.
    Der ist zwar uralt, aber eventuell gibt es dort etwas.
    Ansonsten, hast Du eventuell noch Reste einer alten Installation im Userhome unter \Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu ? Oder muss etwas in der Firewall frei geschaltet werden? Genügend Plattenplatz ist vorhanden? Das wären so die Orte wo ich anfangen würde zu suchen...

    Hallo ZOS_MichaelM ,

    Ich konnte das Problem jetzt doch selber lösen. Danke an alle die mir Denkanstöße gegeben haben.

    Das Problem lag schlicht und einfach an einem fehlenden AHCI/SATA Treiber für mein Mainboard.
    Da vor ein paar Tagen meine Windows Festplatte gestorben war und ich das System neu aufsetzen musste dachte ich mir da kann ich ja mal im Bios gleich mal auf AHCI umstellen. Windows hat dann auch schön alles installiert und alles war schön.
    Komisch war eben nur das die Festplatten alle die Optionen "sicheres entfernen " hatten. Also wie man es bei USB Sticks usw. kennt.
    Nach dem ich einige Sachen gelesen hatte , hab ich nochmal angefangen Grafikkarten Treiber ,Netzwerkkarten Treiber und und und... neu zu installieren. Dabei viel mir dann auf das Windows nur einen Standard AHCI Treiber installiert hatte.
    Nachdem ich dann den Original Treiber vom Board installiert hatte , waren die Festplatten nicht mehr mit der " sicheres entfernen" aus wählbar.
    Der Launcher startete dann auch wieder ganz normal und ESO ließ sich ganz normal starten.

    Manchmal sitzt der Fehler eben doch vor der Tastatur ;):)
