Getting logged out - no error

Hey folks,
My boyfriend joined ESO few days ago, we're playing side by side, me on my poor old laptop running fine and him on his new laptop running perfectly until every now and then (every 45-60 minutes I'd say) he gets logged off, no error, no warning, nothing. It puts him to the logging screen, sometimes it logs him back in, sometimes he has to restart the game. Is anyone experiencing anything similar? I tried repair, running as administrator, firewall, nothing actually helps.
Also, not sure whether it's connected to the thing mentioned above, we were doing a dungeon together, when he got logged off (again, no error), logged back in (his poor char died in the meantime), and I couldn't revive him [could see his icon (part of group), but couldn't see his body] - no option to revive him, we both tried logging in and out.

Thanks for any input guys

    Hi @Tanwenia‌.

Sometimes your connection can be routing through an area that is not optimal for a steady connection to our servers. One way to fix this and "refresh" your connection path is to remove your host.developer logs and allow them to restore themselves and find a better connection.

    To do so:

    1. Open the launcher as an administrator by right clicking on the launcher and selecting "Run As Administrator":
    2. Run a repair.
    3. Close the launcher.
    4. Locate the launcher folder. The default location is C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher.
    5. Open the Launcher folder and delete all "host.developer files" including host.developer and all the ones that are marked with a number. For Example: host.developer1, host.developer2, etc.
    7. Close Everything and then Reopen the Launcher.

This should redirect your internet connection to a better pathway and keep you from getting logged out of the game.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
