i have been here since 2013 and i never missed any time nor have i ever not paid for a sub in eso.

I could care less about getting vanity pets, but I didn't get the Ice Wraith when I was supposed to and they made a ticket for me and it got sent a few days later.
I just wanted to make sure that I got any future rewards that weren't useless.

This is correct. They started being sent out today, but 1.5.5 must be live before we can deliver them. So, for everyone on the European server, please look for them after the 1.5.5 patch.

Unknown_poster✭✭✭For those that don't understand how batching works. They schedule the mails in groups over time so as to not overload the mail server. If you haven't gotten yours yet, ctfo and wait a day before clogging up with the CS system with tickets.3
