Can I be given back the Icebound Vertebrae that was just removed from my inventory thanks to the roll back?

I've got guildies on EP side (NA) that are getting rolled back but I'm on DC and haven't had a single one.

Um, playing new content on the day of release is taking your chances. If you are that eager, rather than wait for the inevitable patches, I wouldn't complain.

Just wanna say you're talking to the wrong person, shes not a computer science major but the assistabt community manager who probably got a degree in business orcommunications

Regardless you also should know zos is a small team, working on this big mmorpg, and unless you tried writing a program yourself, you never really know how hard it can be to fix somethings, especially something like this with a miilion components mean there could be a number of reasons why an issue happens

If you really want to complain, the person to go to is the director, the person who gives the orders to making the game and person they have to listen too...

And unfortunately im sure they all have experience and knowledge better than you so who are you to tell them how to do their job

Also people...remember this is zos first mmo...so...give them time with stuff like this, they dont have the 10years of knowledge and experience like some major mmorpgs like blizzard

1. Im less than a week after gw2 launched huge expansion so i can compare how the launch of dlc is handled there and here.
2. It might be Z. first MMO, hell in fact thats their first product, but they surly have people who did work on other MMO so this argument is extremely silly.

Can you not see that not being supportive to your rudeness towards a member of staff does NOT equal "unwaranted love" of anything, just an understanding of basic manners - something I was taught as I was growing up, but which many people these days seem to have skipped that particular lesson.

Gw2 staff is different than zos staff

Dont use two different gaming teams as an example of how easy programming by co.paring one mmo company to another. And again still, experience, gw1 then g2, eso is still the first mmo

And unless you designed your own mmo you cant really say how hard it is until you speak on first hand experience

Well.. I just rebooted my Win 8.1 machine, after getting that update about 40 min ago.. and got a patcher manifest error and a re-download of some patches for the game. At least it was quick, completed before I finished typing.


AAAAnd.. STILL cant login to game..says "Error 200"

I just wanted to confirm that this is still happening. I just had about 20 mins of gameplay rolled back in Orsinium. I got booted, it took about 5 mins before I could log in again and then discovered I had been rolled back.

Also confirming still happening. Fortunately has only happened once to me so far. As for exactly where I was when it happened...

I just had a sudden FPS drop from 60fps all day to 17 FPS now and a Latency of 176... this is getting annoying and I am using a 4GB video card.
