Is the game more sluggish for anyone else post 1.6? I know that the default setting now have it set to run in Fullscreen Windowed mode and that was part of the reason it is slower. So I switched my UI to run in the old-school Fullscreen mode. This restored most of my FPS. However, now when I ALT-TAB out of the game my entire system is far slower. Opening new browser tabs takes much longer than it used to when I was ALT-TAB'd out.

Is anyone else noticing this?

    exit the game launcher but keep the game running

    I've noticed a performance hit in windowed fullscreen since 1.6. Fullscreen mode works great.

    I agree regular fullscreen still runs great and give full FPS, but after 1.6 hit it started bogging down my PC when ALT-Tab'd out. Previously it did not slow it down significantly when it was minimized.

    My mount stuttering to a stop every time it sees a pebble on the ground.

    Pressing the dismount button multiple times to dismount.

    Pressing the Q button multiple times to use a potion during combat.

    Pressing the E button multiple times to enter or exit a door.

    Just a few things off the top of my head that are making the game sluggish.
    Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
    Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
    Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
    Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
    Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
    Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
    Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

    Nope. I didn't even have to alt-tab, my game hanged and when I tried to go to the desktop only the taskbar would show and it's impossible to right-click the ESO icon to terminate the task. I also can't use task manager because the screen is all black (apart from the taskbar). I'm forced to log off to kill the ESO task. Not worth any potential fps.
