Help Please: Hero of Murkmire Achievement

Although with this recent patch we have received the River of Rebirth Achievement having already completed it, however, it does not check off as completed under the Hero of Murkmire Achievement, preventing me from obtaining the title and momento. Perhaps this is affecting other players as well?
