Can we get some ZOS replies to topics in xbox technical support?!!?

ZOS never seems to ever reply to that section of the forum so im posting here, I know console is kind of the ugly step sister but we have serious technical issues ever since thieves guild. Can anyone from zenimax please shed some light on what might be causing wide spread frame rate drops even in maelstrom arena which is a solo instance? once again everything ran smooth prior to the thieves guild patch. A reply from staff would be greatly appreciated as there has been absolutely no mention (that I can find) that ZOS is aware of this issue on console and are working on a fix. Is it possible that you've moved the client to direct 11 or something and that's not supported on xbox one? the FPS drop is new as of thieves guild as far as I know.

    Wasting your time. I've mailed support time and time again with no response to this issue. The leaderboards for VMA on XB EU aren't even full and sorcs finished with 99 places taken last week too, it's stupid, I find vma easy now but I'm finding it infuriating to be lagging and pinging all over the shop for a well shitted jack of the ***. It's even been passed on to WGT, harborage, VCOA, VDSA, lag in this game is spreading faster than dysentery in a pow camp it's stupid.

    Keep posting and make sure to open a ticket and post that too.
    Also keep emailing replies to your ticket.

    That's really too bad, I mean even if they acknowledge the problem so we don't all feel like we've gone crazy. At least acknowledge something is wrong and that youre working for a fix or something, I get excited when I see console maintenance but then login and frames are to *** again. What was added graphically in TG dlc that has put so much strain on the consoles? prior to the dlc fps were smooth in everywhere except massive battles in cyrodil. keep in mind we cant adjust our graphics or turn of shadows or texturing.

    Ive heard from Alcast that fps drops aren't affecting maelstrom on PC. It seems to be a console issue like the game has been pushed beyond console limits some how.

    As above, make sure you have logged an in game ticket, I've always had responses. It may lead to a bit of back and forth on email but log an accurate support case with an example and at least there service desk stats will go up which should drove management attention.

    To many people come here first, and complaints get missed on untracked forums.

    I can appreciate what youre saying, however I cant imagine id be the first to submit a support ticket regarding this issue, however I will when I am home.

    NB Swallow Soul minor vitality boost has disappeared. In game report with ticket plus topic posted in support forum and still nada.

    We shouldn't have to log tickets. It would be quite apparant within 60s of testing. Plus you're referring to what..... 30 people on a forum post average.... with thousands playing I'm sure they'll well and truly know thier product is shite right now via monitoring if such practice exists or feedback from support. I know some pretty big guilds and they all claim to have done it.

    We shouldn't have to log tickets. It would be quite apparant within 60s of testing. Plus you're referring to what..... 30 people on a forum post average.... with thousands playing I'm sure they'll well and truly know thier product is shite right now via monitoring if such practice exists or feedback from support. I know some pretty big guilds and they all claim to have done it.

    They have shared many many many times that they can't test stuff before going live on consoles so only having their internal server and no Xbox live and such does change a lot.
    I think you should open tickets each time you think to create a problem thread.
    I had to start doing this and so while it's more work, I have noticed the things I log with a ticket number get responded to and things I do just fall in the forum threads.

    Opening a ticket is always good. Getting as much information as possible will help them to resolve the issue.

    Hi @jcjones12 , you're not the ugly step sisters! We absolutely do care about the console experience, just as much as PC. Sometimes it just takes a bit longer because of the turn-around time for console vendor approval of patches and releases. We did notice the frame rate being lower (especially on Xbox), and we have a number of frame rate related improvements coming with DB (and at least one that's Xbox One specific), so hang tight! We're also currently working on improving our internal console metrics so we can better pinpoint framerate issues on XB1/PS4 in the future.

    Just for reference, even though we don't always post and reply to threads, many of us lurk in them regularly, and especially after patches (yes, in the console sections too!). In a lot of ways, it's the best way to gauge how things are going. If you’re ever in need of support, though, please make sure you contact our Support team either in-game or via our Support Portal. Also, please report any issues you experience in-game via the bug report tool, too, not just here on the forums.

    Reply is appreciated, but not satisfying. You just clarified that we need to wait almost one and half month more for a possible fix (which by looking at ZOS history, can actually cause more problems instead). Why can't we get a hotfix?

    As he said, and as many other Xbox game devs have said from other games, they can't just push a fix. They need to go through the trouble and waiting of getting vendor approval for patch of any kind as this would be a problem on our side that needs to be fixed, not theirs.
