well, 64 is the double of 32 thus you get double problems such as:
instead crashing every 20 mins, you do every 10
instead infinite loading screen after 10 zone changes, you get after 5
on 32bit PvP sound get muted on 40+ players fighting, on 64bit on20+
you get random crashes while doing nothing on 64bit client, that dont happen on 32 bit thats why i use it.

Actually,..using the 64 bit client,..
I never get crashes every 20 minutes,..or even at all.
I do sometimes get loading screens that are a bit long,but not overly so.
I never get random crashes with the 64 bit client.
I play on a PC that cost me only half the amount you paid,and have cable internet,high speed,btw.
It randomly removes clothes and/or turns things pink. Sometimes it gets even weirder, like when my bosmer was wearing a dress made of her own skin.
Other than that I haven't noticed any difference. I have no idea what a 64 bit client is meant to do, but they seem to be the new big thing for MMOs.
