i was thinking the same thing.
i had heard at one point they planned on making vet versions of all the normal only dungeons. dont really know the whole deal on that but maybe thats what these are from.0 -

From top to bottom my guesses are

Arx, COA, Blackheart, Selene's, Volenfell, Crucible, COH

✭✭✭✭Those sets were datamined long time ago. Doesn't mean anything, as ZoS seems to focus on independent DLCs to sell instead of making vet versions of the already existing dungeons. Really unfortunate though.Susano'o
