    What's wrong with health?

    Yeah health is a bit lackluster as there are barely any skills that scale off of it and it doesn't have any secondary uses.
    Like magicka increases spell skill damage, stamina weapon skill damage, but health increases....? Nothing but health and maybe Templar's blazing shield.
    Like OP said, it needs a secondary use like regeneration or along those lines which is why glass cannon builds are so widespread - health literally has no other use than being able to take a extra hit before going down.
    Either that or have more skills that scale off health, not just magicka or stamina. Tanks would benefit from this greatly.

    Stamina and magicka scaling your DPS dishes out more damage per point than heath increases can compensate for.

    there should be something in the heavy armor skill line that allows health regen based on %max health. Health regen is poor unless you build hard for it.

    Maybe pve is different but I run with 16-17k health in pvp and do just fine...no reason to invest anything into health.

    That's right yeah. And Blazing Shield is terrible now btw :(

    In PvE glass cannons get one shotted and unlike PvP you can't one shot a boss but at the same time damage is key I have been pulled by many players and told I shouldn't even have one point in health because other than survivability it does nothing. I have gotten kicked once because I said I am not getting rid of it because I don't want to be one shotted if the tank ect messes up. If health had regen benefits perhaps people wouldn't think twice about me trying to get enough health to take a hit or 2.

    Oh thanks :)@dodgehopper_ESO yours looks good as well and very well thought out. However I see issues with things like hardcaps on mitigation and penetration passives/CPs it may not be much of an advantage in PvP compared to PvE. The reduced blocking is a good idea and will help magicka builds a bit but at the same time a stamina build can still most likely out block a health build also I think there is a hardcap to block cost reduction as well. This solution has benefits to any build and it's effects are not diminished when fighting players plus it may actually encouraging a DPS or healer (me) to stop being a glass cannon and put some points in health so they can survive regain resources and turn the fight around. also with the block nerf this will help tanks with resource issues so I don't get the evil eye because I am not a templar who can spam shards, they can put their shield down for 2 seconds and boom good to go.
