Hi there!
As you are aware, there are some things that need to be implemented in the game to both compete with other developers as well as make the community much more happier and into the game. Here, I will be listing a few things people have requested to me and as well As I have voted upon it. If you have ideas, again, please send it to my Email or PM. I check my Email almost everyday. As for PM'ing me, there may be a slight chance that you won't get a response due to me being active on the PM.

Things that have been listed as a need
1.) Housing for Guilds with a choice of themes, Including a Guild Hall with a choice of themes to represent your Guild.
2.) Different types of housing for Guilds along with themes for the house (Ties with #1 as well) (Advanced but not Intense, Customization (Piece by piece) )
3.) Housing for you (With themes house upgrades and advanced Customization (piece by piece) )

Again, I understand other content needs to be added in as well, but that is why I want you here so I can make the poll and hand me ideas. This isn't musts. This is, would you like to see this in game question.

The game world is starting to feel empty already. Would rather not have everyone holed up in their "house" as well.

If it is not going to take time away from developing more actual content then yeah lets have guild and regular housing but if it is going to interfere with getting more content out then no i do not care because they will probably not have the ability to store anything and at that point it would just be playing house. If i wanted to play house i could talk to my wife but i don't i play these games so i do not have to do that.

Guild housing and player housing sounds reasonable to me. FFXIVARR has an amazing system for that if anyone has played it or check out the info on them. I liked having a place to put my stuff like in the other games , but in an mmo there is a resource problem, but like this game FFXIVARR has mega servers and excellent graphics etc and are able to pull off quite a bit of what players have been asking for here..truly it can be done.

I think different types of themed houses would be best for personal use.... for guilds? I like the idea of guild inns that are copies of inns, taverns, or Guild halls from the game world...

Again, this is not a must. This is what we'd like to SEE in-game in general.

I think banks are overcrowded, it would do good to place bankers in the guild hall. At least the guild banks. This will solve the issue of invisible bankers.

Get rid of themed and make it so you can decorate the inside of both guild halls and houses take a look at everquest 2 you can rotate and move objects to any desired position or place. Have a carpenter profession to make tables,beds,themed items there are limitless possibilities and you can also add items to the store. Make housing and guild halls instances inside the city or what not by click on a door. This way its already themed and in game for that location and the devs don't have to do so much work.

I honestly would love to have my own Mournhold house. I'm completely open for this, especially if Zenimax really put a good amount of attention into it and make it both fun and useful to have a house. Kinda like how Jagex did with RuneScape's POH system.

I dislike the idea of locating it within a city. Everybody will be going in and out the same door but they are of different guilds and wearing different tabards. Also, said buildings will have too much traffic flowing in and out, or may have large groups departing from it, for example if a guild decides to meet at the guild hall before departing for shard runs etc.

Towns are already well populated. increasing the population will increase the number of 'black figures' and slow loading of NPCs.

Whilst I believe in an instanced area, allowing the GH to be accessed by wayshrines (on top of entry via door) would be one possibility. We should also situate it away from a city. The guild hall should perhaps be moderate to large in size with a well designed exterior to match the surrounding structures. Perhaps one theme for each region and the guild leader can choose which region to have the guild hall.

You can't possibly have a daedric worshipping themed giant guild hall within wayrest or mournhold without the guards prying or an army gathering outside. Leave the daedric themed guild hall in areas like coldharbour, alik'r desert, less populated areas.

Another way is to create a player-only city/zone. Player only cities will not have NPCs or guards and can offer several guild halls of different sizes as well as different themes (to a reasonable extent).
