The problem with introducing worship is there are SO many gods that would need to be represented. No, we don't need them all at once but it can't just be the Divines and the Daedra and Tribunal. We have a good deal of Redguard lands so their pantheon should be represented well. The Khajiit Panteon should be recognized as well.
I have a concept on religions but it really needs updated. (http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/231126/worship-in-tamriel-an-eso-religion-concept/p1)

Cool... but that would just mean a greater variety of choice ...
Here's an idea , tell me what you think guys:
The Building of Shrines to the Nine Divines (and Sithis)
Guilds could work hard to gather mineral resources from around the world to build a Guild Shrine to one of the Nine divines and later place valuable offerings of different types to receive a blessing / buff for every single member of the guild of the guild.
The offerings for each of the Divines would be placed on the Guild Shrine / Altar and would all be different .........depending on which Divine that your guild chose to worship.
Flowers and rare herbs for some , money / gold and gem stones for others, (even gathered body parts from difficult NPC kills / PVP kills for worshipping Sithis.)
You would earn XP for constructing the shrine.... and more XP for making each offering made.
Would provide great opportunities for role-playing... ( Midnight or sunset guild rituals around your guild altar for example)
Altars / Shrines would degrade over time... and so need regular up-keep and repair - in order for your guild to keep and maintain the blessings of your guild's chosen Divine.
What do you think?

It's hard to sacrifice someone through a hardened ward.

+1
I think swearing allegiance to Aedra or Daedra and then having a new skill line much like you can choose Vamp or Werewolf (or none) would be awesome.
I agree. This is one of the things I really would love to see in ESO, a "religious" skill line one can choose. Even if it was only a few passives matching the diety flavor, I want the option for my characters to declare for a diety!I think swearing allegiance to Aedra or Daedra and then having a new skill line much like you can choose Vamp or Werewolf (or none) would be awesome.
