The craziest thing happened today

Playing on Azura star today on ps4 na server and run into a vet 2 immortal templar 30 guys couldn't kill him as his health continuously falls to zero he just jumps away. I tried to take a vid but held the share button and ended up with a screen shot.

I do not believe it is an exploit but rather a bug,
so instead of turning you to stone once every 10Minutes,
you are immortal and it has no cool down...
Health hits zero and nothing happens, the person remains alive...PC EU Megaserver

✭✭✭Sounds like an exploit if people are using Phoenix when they know it's bugged. Strangely, I've been using it, including in PvP (it was a gift from a guildmate as I had nothing else VR 15+) and the only time it's useful is when the opponent doesn't know wtf is happening and I dodge roll away while they watch, confused... then quickly kill me from behind. It's not useful.0 -

✭I just like the fact that it's a free life every 10 mins instead of every hour like the Soul Magic passive, and you can use it dungeons without having to go out of combat to respawn.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

My cousins new boyfriend said he heard ESO sucked. I immediately got a rake and buffed up some rally. I went in with the critical rush. My brother saw this so he gave me a immovable potion and I followed up with two wrecking blows and a execute.
