Magicka Controller Passive Not Working

None of the spells from the Mage's Guild passive Magicka Controller that I tested are increasing the max magicka when slotted. They do increase the magicka regen but not the max as the tooltip describes. @ZOS_GinaBruno can we please get a confirmation that this is broken?

On Topic: Try weapon swap. Sometimes this game doesn't update such things like max magicka from skills if you don't weapon swap. But the passive definitly works for me, have Meteor on one bar, Inner Light on both bars. When I weapon swap to the bar with Meteor it increases my max magicka and reduces it if I swap to the bar without Meteor.

On Topic: Try weapon swap. Sometimes this game doesn't update such things like max magicka from skills if you don't weapon swap. But the passive definitly works for me, have Meteor on one bar, Inner Light on both bars.
