Water is wet. We didn't need a thread to tell us that. Completely agreed @rosveenOkay. I knew that. I'm still going to keep Hist Bark for a permanent free passive dodge and use that hotbar slot for something else.
They need to buff the set to 20% dodge if it isn't going to stack with major evasion.

I tested this by wearing a full set of hist bark, casting blur and holding block while a dreugh whaled on me. 405 hits later i'd dodged 73 hits (18.2% dodge rate compared to Major evasions 20%)

That seems to be within the margin of error for 20%.
Personally, I love Hist Bark. As an NB, though you have the choice of using the skill or the armor, which some classes don't have.

Once blocking stops stamina recovery, the hist bark set is going to die out. No sense trying to hold block for dodging when you get more effect out of an ability.

You still have to hold block. Otherwise, you'll get one-shot by most bosses 80% of the time. Also, with no stamina regen, you will be able to hold block 20% longer because a dodge from Hist Bark uses no stamina.
