The idea is, When you wear this disguise, you will automatically get 50 gold bounty. But at the same time, any crime you commit while wearing the mask will not be count toward you, unless you were caught by guard.
just like the famous gray cowl, when you wear it you are criminal and identity unknown, but unlike the gray cowl, if any npc see you take off the mask the bounty will go straight to you~~

cool idea i would rather have the NO WITNESSES plan in which i murder all the witnesses but this is a cool idea you should only get a bounty with mask if a guard sees u becuse sitting in a bush with the mask on should not give me 50 gold so only if the guard sees u put it on

Bookwyrm✭✭✭✭I'm not certain how this would work without being abused. Nifty idea, but since you could just steal a bunch of stuff or go on a murder spree and then remove it before a guard could actually see or get to you...consequence-free crime. Not to mention you'd not be able to "pay off" the bounty on the mask since it's an automatic bounty just for wearing it. Eventually you'd get to the point where you'd be KOS but that'd be okay since you could just remove the mask.
Now, of course, you could get into the knitty gritty and make it where the guards/townspeople would acknowledge the fact that you removed the mask and thus the bounty transfers to you. Or make it impossible to remove the mask for a time after killing someone or until you unload all of your stolen goods...
Still seems like more room for glitching and abuse, though.
Similar to the Grey Fox mask/Nocturnal's Cowl, although with that you could remove it right in front of a guard and they'd have absolutely no clue. Like they were mind-wiped or something, lol.
