That's the point. Spread out. It sounds as if they have done their proper research to determine that most of the "lag" is nothing more than FPS drop due to low performing hardware.

If your poor little rig can't handle the battle, then stop creating them. They input sliders to help with those who don't have higher end hardware. They made server improvements. They made more than enough changes to solve the problem, for the most part.

i7-4790k and a GTX-970. FPS is never an issue, but I've been on flags where there's 40-50 people spamming abilities, and not one person is taking damage. Every one of those players is experiencing the same thing. My FPS stays steady the whole time though.

Yes, they did some great things such as lower the population caps 3 times so that the servers now max out at ~1/4th of the amount of players that they did at launch. Still plenty laggy. I guess they reduced the population caps of the servers so that our graphics cards wouldn't be overloaded, 'cause that's howit works :D

    Net quality/speeds?

Happens with 1000Mb/1000Mb fiber. Normal latency <60 ms. A lot of people in one place 999+ ms.

this, so much this. The lag is NOT from my computer (high end rig) nor is it my internet (tri band router using business class internet desktop hooked up via ethernet). So that leaves us with the obvious conclusion: ZoS

If you're about to tell me I need to reboot my router, then freaking 10/10, best I've ever been trolled.

I'm asking what type of network quality/speeds you have. Why on Earth would my next suggestion be to restart your router? Jesus, it's a simple question calm down.

I'm running i7 3770k, GTX670, 8GB ram, Samsung 840 Pro SSD, 150/10 net... I rarely experience the symptoms you're explaining. Also FYI 25/25 is a bit low for gaming. I'm not bashing you here, just being truthful.
