Missing Textures

One (or perhaps more) of my textures appears to not be working, appearing as pure black with no detail. The offender seems to be the piercings that includes a stud on one ear and the chin, and a nose ring, and it's missing everything. Changing to every graphics level available and uninstall the game and re downloading the whole thing doesn't seem to fix it.

Could you please ensure your graphics card is up-to-date?
The last driver is from 2015.4.13 and contains some optimizations (even if it's focused for another game)

Alternatively, your game settings might be set too high for your system. Please try turning the in-game graphical settings to medium or low. In particular, the texture settings, grass settings, depth of field, and sunlight rays can be especially demanding on systems. Please tell us if this improved your issue.

A repair could also help you to solve this problem.

Please tell us if this issue persists after these steps.

he stated that he downloaded and did a reinstall as well as trying all levels of graphics.

As he pointed out it appears to be a character graphic issue...... in case you missed that point
