ESO: Veteran Overlay World PVP

ESO: Veteran Overlay World PVP
Idea: Get an extra overlay world consist out of all zones which have PVP enabled where you fight for your faction. This zone comes available when you reach Veteran rank or even after you completed Silver and Gold, debatable.
What I missed about ESO is that you only see the other faction when you are in Cyro or in IC. In other MMO which have factions you can go and visit the enemy zones and attack their cities, forts, castles etc.
As we have different campaigns in Cyro it might be possible to create another world where you can fight against others in their respected zones. This will not upset the current game as you join a separate map away from the normal questing, Silver and Gold. So that the non PVPers wont have to join the World PVP if they don’t want too.
Each map (Riverspire, Stormhaven, etc) consist out of different objects to conquer / defend / hold. The map will also show the progress of the war with the colors changing when territory is seized by one of the three factions. An ongoing endless war. Include Craglorn and future adventure zones so that those who prefer PVP can have the extra dimension of being jumped while questing.
