Infinite Loading Screen / Cannot Get to Character Selection

I got stuck in an infinite loading screen entering a Cyrodil public dungeon on Skull Crusher. After 10 minutes I gave up and closed the game. Now that I have restarted, when I log in I get stuck in an infinite loading screen and can't get back to character select. I was in a party at the time, and the party still sees me as online.

OrdainedFaun✭✭As a follow up, I managed to get everyone to drop group because most were on Teamspeak with me. After they did I was able to log in again.1

Lunerdog✭✭✭✭✭Had to repair the game before I could play last night, then in the early hours of the morning I had an infinite load screen for Stirk, closed the game, waited a while and tried to log back in and got infinite load screen again, had to repair the game again before I could get back in.
Two repairs in one gaming session, how does something even break that fast ?0 -
Same thing is happening to me. I will occasionally get an infinite loading screen when entering/leaving a public "crawls". It never times out and I have to kill the game. When I log back in, I can get to my characters but if I try to enter the game it will hang on "Requesting character load". Again, I have to kill the game. On the next log-in, I can usually get back into the game.
Last night I resorted to recalling to a wayshrine to get out of a dungeon because of 3 failed attempts at leaving the conventional way.0 -

✭Many "unknown errors", infinite loading screens, etc. I also failed many times exiting a dungeon to Alik'r Desert.
Posted this yesterday after EU downtime, ZOS are as usual totally bloody silent except for pointing us at the 'tips' which are entirely irrelevant.Edited by fromtesonlineb16_ESO on June 14, 2014 5:54AM1
