    Literally the only way you will here from a mod here is if you tag them, or someone flags a post.

    Seems like support is severely backed up. Personally, I requested a callback on Friday evening, yet I never received one. I tried calling into prior to that, only to be disconnected after nearly an hour on hold.

    Been waiting on a support ticket since 8:20 am 4.4.14, already had it falsely closed as resolved once.

    actually thats not true. I have had 2 different MODs try and help and comment on other posts that i placed up. Im not saying this to say that my issues were or are any more important than yours im just saying they might be more busy then you think

    Oh, that's cool, I was speaking anecdotally in that I've wasted a lot of time on this forum today and yours is the only case I PERSONALLY now know of where a mod dropped in without being dragged in. I am SURE there are more, then. :)

    Go to support and click phone on the right hand side. I just want my money back!!!!!!!!! lol......
