After 6 tickets and 3 days of waiting support still unable to resolve problem with bugged quest.

So here is my situation: i am on my main quest - "Castle of the Worm". In the part, where i am supposed to "observe the scene" after exiting portal from coldharbour, nothing happens. No conversation starts or anything. So far i am unable to progress my main story, which is gamebreaking for obvious reasons. Being a mainstory quest, i cannot reset it myself, so i asked support to do it.
Apparently first time support misundertood me (though my character was stucked or smth i guess), since i got email saying that my character is unstuck now (they called me by wrong name btw, named me Robin, however i am not Robin, but anyway). Problem with quest was not fixed.
I tried to contact them again via email and in-game support mail, but all i got in response that "We are closing this ticket, because issue was already taken care of". IT WAS NOT! I ask you to stop ignoring legit tickets, and fix a game for me! I don't know if that's helpful, but they referenced number 140409-076751 as my ticket ID.

Hey, so far i tried relogging, zoning in/out, speaking with NPCs, like everything that could have helped i think. The problem is that this is main quest, so i cannot reset it...

I have a thread about this. They cannot fix it. The problem is that Caldwell is stuck out back. A gm spent hours with me in mine the other night trying to reset It. Look for my post. It explains it. They literally cannot fix it. The gm didn't have the tools to do it. Sorry boss. I'll help you feel a little better though. I have filed 30+ reports. Scheduled 9 + phone calls and even sat on hold for 5 hours calling their home office. This quest in the same exact place yours did froze on April 2. I have waited 8 days. Still broken, still cannot access VR Content.

They say the next patch will fix it. I'm going to get a refund if I don't get word back tomorrow from the gamemaster I dealt with. He promised to contact me Friday evening.

Hello, want to give an update.

Our dearest zenimax answered me, without checking problem, apparently.
This is what i got from support:

Greetings *************,
We understand you may have experienced some turbulence on your adventure. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We understand just how frustrating it can be when you cant finish your quest. Any issues with quests can be reported through the in-game command "/bug", apologies for any inconvenience caused, I appreciate your patience.The quick steps we can provide are these,
• Typing /reloadui in the command line of the Chat Box
• Using /camp to log out, then attempt logging back in
logging out for 15 minutes, and abandoning the quest and re-starting it are common fixes for most issues. If that fails, /bug the issue and move to the next area or quest. You can abandon main story quests now.

That DOES NOT WORK for me.
I cant abandon main story quests still. Been 5 days. If anyone from actual custom support looks into this, please help, i am on an edge of quitting this game after almost 50 hours invested.

I wonder if the 'you can abandon main story quests now' mistake is referring to an upcoming change. If so, I hope the patch drops soon and everything works out for you. Best of luck.

I have not gotten to this point yet. Are you unable to go do anything else while waiting for this to be fixed? Is your character totally locked to that quest and location? Seriously, with all the wailing about bugged questsI want to know if I am going to get stuck and unable to go do other quests, craft, play an alt or anything.

Hey, epo,

My character is fine, i can still do other quests, but point is that without completing main story i wont be able to access veteran content. So i planned to grind my 50 during this saturday and hop into action on sunday, but this bug just stops me dead. What concerns me is that i may not be able to play veteran content on this character at all, if zenimax just ignores issue altogether for some reason. Also their support seems to be out-of-touch with reality, searching tickets by keywords such as "stuck", without context taking into consideration...

Thank you. I was concerned. I am taking it slow and easy, so I am sure it will be finished before I get to that point. End game is never as good as the journey in an MMO, no matter how hard they try.
