@ESO Support: It is obvious g2a will not give us a 3rd key, but if you check our account you can see that part of the pre-order bonuses are activated, and that can only mean one thing - we bought the pre-order pack! This is enough proof that we should have the explorer's pack. Please if possible kindly activate the explorer's pack for us.
Regarding g2a the only thing we can do is not buying anything else from them, ever...
