I have finally downloaded Update 1.6 and managed to log in.
I have created a character and am level 1....
I thought, I would be vr14 and would have enough skillpoints to test the changes. What am I doing wrong ?

2. In the first screen that pops up look in the upper left for a pull down window and select Veteran 14 Endgame Template.
