So,
after a few discussions here and there, of which I kinda lost track, several subjects were thrown around.
Having the issues myself, I decided to try my luck with the customer support, asking for a check on my toon, for anything odd.
I asked for a check up on missing achivement, which as far as I read was not answered to, and I don't mind that much
.

Fine Mornda Squishy,
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your character "squishy"and that you are missing a quest in Shadowfen. Also, I understand that you are not receiving skill points once you've reached the veteran rank. In that case, once you reached the level of veteran rank you will no longer receive skill points or attribute point. However, you will receive an increase to all three attributes: Health, Magicka, and Stamina.These will all increase by +10, but you will receive no attribute or skill points for the level increase. The only skill point that are earned will come from quests and sky shards that are found through out Tamriel. I apologize for your quest missing. As of now players seem to be having issues with quests due to them not being completed in order, which leads to you not recieving these quest.

So, in short, all 3 stats gets a +10 increase for each Rank, however, your actual points do not move. And you're not getting skillpoints.
For the quest, they know about it, but no words yet on how they're going to deal with this.
I also added a screenshot of Squishy, saying I was cute, and in a good mood, but I got not comment on that *sniff* The high elves don't find me cute

Today, still wanted by the developers she survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a bot problem, if no one else can bite you, and if you can find her....maybe you can hire The SQUISHY."
