Werewolf form bugged in Hircine's realm

Hi.

2 days ago I got infected by "Sanies Lupinus", completed the Quest and became an Werewolf. But for some reason the debuff didn't disappear, and it's still in my debuff list, "4 days 10 hours" remaining.

Last night I made an ticket about it and got an reply that I should re-do the Quest and cure it (again). But now when I accept the Quest and go to Hircine's Hunting Grounds, I turn into an Werewolf but as soon as I've turned... my light and heavy attacks de-activate, so I can't use them to slay the beast and complete it.

Thanks to the target trolls health regen, my Pounce damage isn't enough and he's just healing through it. I logged out now to reset the dungeon and hope for the mammoth instead. But the inability to attack is quite serious problem for those who wish to join the pack.

Yeah... Mammoth spawned but due the inability to use light or heavy attacks, I can't kill it before it kills me.

Guess I'm stuck like this for the next 4 days and 10 hours due bugged debuff.

Guess I should have not tried this many times it tho... now my movement speed is three (3) times faster than normally outside Hircine's Realm.

And I can't get anything but automatic replies from Customer Support...

After heroic battle against the Mammoth, 5 minutes later I managed to defeat him and now I managed to cure myself from the disease.

Only that the "Sanies Lupinus" -debuff didn't disappear, but at least my movement speed is normal again. Guess I'll just need to wait the 4 days until it's gone before I can become Vampire again.

Trying to get mine sorted out now. The problem I had was that once I entered the hunting grounds and killed a troll, the quest would instruct me to feed with the pack but gave me no option to do so. Did the usually routine, logged out, waited 15 minutes, /reloadui, /camp & wait 15 minutes. Also tried leaving the hunting grounds area (which failed that part of the quest), went back in and restarted the hunting grounds part. I even tried killing a different frost troll but got the same results. Today when I logged on it seems that the quest has disappeared along with the "buff". I too have also been getting responses from Customer Support that do not seem very supportive, but the last one I got has asked me to /camp , then /reloadui then log out for 15 so I will report back if this works.
