Skill points not rewarded for public dungeon group challenges

I completed the group challenges for Rulanyil's Fall, Crimson Cove and the Vile Manse, all of which of should have given a skill point, but none of which did. I have the achievements for all three to prove that I did it, as well

Also, the group challenge in the Forgotten Crypts in Deshaan does not complete, preventing being rewarded both the skill point and the achievement.

Has anyone else had any issues with these skill points/challenges? I've gotten the skill points as I should from three other public dungeons, so it's odd that these ones are broken.

I only successfully completed two group challenges, currently almost finished with Malabar Tor. Crimson Cove was one, and it did NOT award the skill point it was supposed to.

Rulanyil's Fall and another were broken when I attempted them.

until i stumbled on one of these in Crows Nest in vr1 ....i never knew such challenges existed

I have yet to complete the Vile Manse, but I've done both the Fall and the Cove. I can confirm that neither awards a skill point.
